This platform was born from a personal mission

When I transitioned out of the military, I had the education, the experience, and the transferable skills. What I didn't have was the ability to communicate my value to the right audience. Despite everything I brought to the table, my transition was harder than it needed to be. Not because of what I knew, but because of how I presented it.

Over the next few years, my trajectory changed completely. The combination of targeted mentorship and deliberate practice made that transformation possible. The right coaching, at the right time, made all the difference.

I recognized that there are incredible organizations working tirelessly to support job seekers through this same journey. But even the best programs can't give every client their full, undivided attention. The demand outpaces the manpower. Case managers are stretched thin.
