On Cohort Packs, a learner is any enrolled participant in that 16-week cohort, up to 50 per cohort. On Annual Platform, "active learner" means a participant who logs at least one session in a calendar month.
Yes. Organizations running grant-funded pilots alongside a continuous program often combine a Cohort Pack for the pilot with a Starter or Growth annual plan for the rest. Pricing is additive.
Reports map participant outcomes (skill gains, completion, employment readiness) to WIOA performance indicators. Exports run as PDF or CSV. Available on every plan, including the Cohort Single pilot.
