What counts as a learner?

On Cohort Packs, a learner is any enrolled participant in that 16-week cohort, up to 50 per cohort. On Annual Platform, "active learner" means a participant who logs at least one session in a calendar month.

Can we mix Cohort Packs and an Annual Platform?

Yes. Organizations running grant-funded pilots alongside a continuous program often combine a Cohort Pack for the pilot with a Starter or Growth annual plan for the rest. Pricing is additive.

How does WIOA-compliant reporting work?

Reports map participant outcomes (skill gains, completion, employment readiness) to WIOA performance indicators. Exports run as PDF or CSV. Available on every plan, including the Cohort Single pilot.

What integrations are available?

Standard integrations include SIS (PowerSchool, Banner, Workday Student), LMS (Canvas, Moodle, Blackboard via LTI 1.3), and HRIS for staffing partners. Available on every plan. Implementation timelines vary by data source.

Do you offer multi-year discounts?

Yes. Two-year and three-year prepay commitments on Annual Platform plans receive an additional discount. Contact sales for a quote.

Is there a pilot or trial option?

The Cohort Pack — Single is designed as a low-commitment pilot at the cost of a single cycle. Most pilots convert to multi-pack or annual after one cohort.
