For Job Seekers
Practice out loud. Get scored on clarity, pacing, filler words, and content, tailored to the job description you paste in. Unlimited sessions, three-day free trial. Structured, rubric-scored practice improves interview performance by 41 percent.
The same coaching technology used inside workforce development programs at NPower, VetsInTech, and the United Nations Foundation.
Try it before you sign up
No card, no signup. This is the same voice-scoring engine the 3-day trial unlocks, running as a one-shot anonymous session so you can feel it before deciding.
Paste the job description you are interviewing for. You get five questions written for that specific role, you answer them out loud into your microphone, and you get scored written feedback on each answer. Nothing to install and no signup.

Built for the search you're actually running
Tell us your target role, your experience level, and where you're stuck. Capstone generates a personal interview question bank, custom workplace scenarios, and a focused practice plan in 30 seconds. The plan is built around the role you named, the experience level you have, and the spots you flagged.
Practice behavioral, technical, and situational questions with an AI coach that grades clarity, pacing, filler words, and content. Re-takes are unlimited. The feedback quotes the moment that worked and the moment to adjust, with the specific phrasing for next time.
Live, voice-based scenarios with AI personas: a recruiter at a meetup, a hiring manager on LinkedIn, a coffee chat with a senior in your field. Build the muscle for the conversations that actually open doors, before you have them in real life.
Negotiate a salary. Push back on a scope creep. Decline an offer gracefully. Run through the script with an AI that responds the way a real human would, so you walk into the real moment already having said the words once.
Drop in your PDF, paste a target job description, and get an ATS-graded scorecard with keyword gaps, rewrite suggestions per section, and the exact lines that aren't landing. Iterate before you apply.
Set your own goals ("land 3 phone screens by month-end," "cut filler words in half"), link practice sessions, and watch readiness climb session by session. You see exactly what's working.
Target role, experience level, current situation, focus areas, the specific interview you're prepping for. Five quick questions.
Tailored interview questions, custom workplace scenarios, networking practice, and a recommended practice plan, all auto-generated for your goals.
Voice-based mock sessions with instant AI feedback. Watch your readiness score climb session-by-session. Iterate until you're ready.

Yes. 3 days, full unlimited access. Every feature, no usage caps. We collect a card to keep the experience seamless if you decide to continue, and we email you the day before the trial ends so there are no surprise charges.
Browser only. No install, no extension, no desktop app. Works in Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on any current version. You need to allow microphone access when you start your first session; that permission is scoped to capstoneworkforce.com.
Yes. The voice recorder uses the browser microphone and works on current mobile browsers (Safari on iOS, Chrome on Android). Headphones with a mic help the transcription accuracy on both platforms. The full desktop feature set is available on mobile.
Capstone is voice-based and adaptive. You speak out loud; we measure clarity, confidence, pacing, eye contact, and filler words on top of content quality. The scenarios push back, follow up, and adjust, so you rehearse the real cadence of an interview instead of reading from a script.
You can hear you were slow or vague. You cannot score yourself against a rubric or generate the right questions for a role you have not interviewed for yet. Capstone generates role-tailored questions from a job description, times your spoken answer, scores clarity + pacing + structure + filler words on every take, and quotes the exact moment to fix before the next retake. Self-recording is a start; scored practice is what transfers.
Yes. HireVue-style one-way screens reward structure, timing, and delivery, which are exactly the dimensions Capstone scores. Practice under the same 60-to-90-second constraints and you build the muscle before the real screen. See our HireVue guide for the format specifics and how the platform actually scores you.
Most first-time users are recording their first spoken answer within 90 seconds of opening the tool. There is no tutorial required; you paste a job description, get five questions written for that role, and speak your answers. The feedback comes back written in plain English, not scores you have to decode.
Practice recordings are stored on your account so you can compare progress over time; you can delete any recording from Settings at any time. Anonymous no-signup sessions (from the free tool above) are auto-deleted within 7 days. Nothing is shared with employers, and there is no employer on the other end of a practice session.
Most users notice their delivery sharpen after 3-5 sessions. By session 10 your readiness score and skill graph tell you exactly where you've leveled up (clarity, structure, confidence) and what to drill next.
Cancel anytime from Settings. One click, no email gauntlet. If you cancel after the trial begins, you keep access through the current billing period.
The core coaching engine is the same. The scenarios, feedback framing, and prep material change to match the transition you are actually running.
Every format has its own tells. Pick the one you are heading into and drill on the specific muscle it demands.
The interview is the middle of the job-search flow, not the end. Three moments in the day-of and day-after decide whether it becomes an offer.
