What LoopCV does and costs
LoopCV finds jobs and applies to them for you, and can find a recruiter's email and send them a personalized email from a template you pick or write. It also has a CV checker, a CV builder, CV A/B testing and an application tracker. Its price cards say each search covers 20 job boards; its auto-apply page says LinkedIn, Indeed and more than 30 boards. Company career pages are only on the Premium and Done For You plans.
Applying on LinkedIn needs you logged in to LinkedIn in your browser through its Chrome extension; LoopCV says it does not store your LinkedIn password. Recruiter emails go from a LoopCV address unless you connect your own Gmail.
How it sends applications: you choose for each search. With Auto-Apply on, it applies with no more action from you. Its help center says automated applications are a setting you turn on, and that otherwise you apply only to the matches you pick.
Price: a free plan with no card: 1 search and 3 job boards. Its price card says up to 10 applications or emails a month; its plan limits page says 10 applications in total. Standard is $19.99 a month (up to 100 a month), Premium $59.99 (up to 300) and Done For You $89.99. On the 3-month option they are $16.00, $44.99 and $67.49 a month. The same page's FAQ still says paid plans start at 9.99 euros a month; the price cards show the prices above. Refunds: the pricing FAQ says within 7 days if under 10 percent of the quota is used; the help center's refund policy excludes change of mind, and Done For You is not refundable. Capstone Careers: the alternative for hourly and entry-level jobs
Capstone Careers was built for the hourly jobs most auto-apply tools do not mention: CNA, phlebotomy, pharmacy tech, warehouse, forklift, CDL driving, trades and retail.
- You pick the job and type your ZIP. Each morning it finds openings within 10, 25 or 50 miles, from Adzuna, a licensed job feed, and hundreds of employers' own job boards.
- It rewrites your resume for each posting using only what is on it, and writes a cover letter from the same facts.
- It fills in the application. On most sites you check it and send it. On a paid plan you can turn on sending for you, up to 100 a week, on sites that allow it.
- It never logs into your LinkedIn or Indeed account, and never fills in your date of birth, Social Security number or driver's license number.
- Every application you send gets a proof page with the employer, job, date and how you applied, which works as your unemployment work search log.
Price: free for 1 application a month, plus the resume and cover letter for 1 job. More is $9.99 for a 7-day pass, one payment that does not renew, or $34.99 a month for unlimited applications. See jobs near you.
