What JobCopilot does and costs
JobCopilot auto-applies to jobs on company career pages, which it says number more than 500,000, and searches every 2 hours. It also unlocks hiring managers' email addresses so you can follow up, and has an application tracker, resume and cover letter builders, and mock interviews. It says it does not create accounts on employer career pages.
How it sends applications: your choice: auto-apply, which submits for you, or autofill and save for you to review before you submit. Its Chrome extension, for other sites, only fills the form; you submit. Premium allows up to 20 auto-applies a day and Elite up to 50.
Price: Premium "starts from" $0.93 a day and Elite from $1.05 a day. It offers weekly, monthly and quarterly billing, but the public page does not show those totals, and no free plan or free trial is shown. Its terms say refunds may be offered only if a technical issue is reported in the first 7 days. (From JobCopilot's own website, checked October 20, 2026.)

Capstone Careers: the alternative for hourly and entry-level jobs
Capstone Careers was built for the hourly jobs most auto-apply tools do not mention: CNA, phlebotomy, pharmacy tech, warehouse, forklift, CDL driving, trades and retail.
- You pick the job and type your ZIP. Each morning it finds openings within 10, 25 or 50 miles, from Adzuna, a licensed job feed, and hundreds of employers' own job boards.
- It rewrites your resume for each posting using only what is on it, and writes a cover letter from the same facts.
- It fills in the application. On most sites you check it and send it. On a paid plan you can turn on sending for you, up to 100 a week, on sites that allow it.
- It never logs into your LinkedIn or Indeed account, and never fills in your date of birth, Social Security number or driver's license number.
- Every application you send gets a proof page with the employer, job, date and how you applied, which works as your unemployment work search log.
Price: free for 1 application a month, plus the resume and cover letter for 1 job. More is $9.99 for a 7-day pass, one payment that does not renew, or $34.99 a month for unlimited applications. See jobs near you.
