What AIApply does and costs

AIApply is a job search co-pilot: resume and cover letter writing, a job board, Auto Apply, and Interview Buddy, which gives live suggestions during real interviews. Auto Apply finds matching jobs, writes a tailored resume and cover letter for each, and submits the application. It says it scans thousands of sources daily, but it does not name the job boards.

How it sends applications: its terms describe three modes. In review mode you approve each application. In hybrid mode it sends high-fit roles and asks you about lower-fit ones. In auto mode it sends for you until you change the mode. One credit is one application, and credits do not expire.

Price: a free tier with no timed trial. Its help center lists Premium (resume builder, cover letters, application kit and mock interviews) at $29 a month or $144 a year, and Interview Buddy at $19 a month or $99 a year. Auto Apply is sold separately: the help center describes subscriptions by application volume (100 to 2,000), and the home page describes credit packs (for example 100 or 250); we found no public price for it. Plans renew unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the term ends. Its terms say fees are not refundable except for a verified technical issue or an accidental purchase reported within 30 minutes, and Auto-Apply is not refundable once applications are sent; its FAQ says refunds are case by case. Capstone Careers: the alternative for hourly and entry-level jobs

Capstone Careers was built for the hourly jobs most auto-apply tools do not mention: CNA, phlebotomy, pharmacy tech, warehouse, forklift, CDL driving, trades and retail.

  • You pick the job and type your ZIP. Each morning it finds openings within 10, 25 or 50 miles, from Adzuna, a licensed job feed, and hundreds of employers' own job boards.
  • It rewrites your resume for each posting using only what is on it, and writes a cover letter from the same facts.
  • It fills in the application. On most sites you check it and send it. On a paid plan you can turn on sending for you, up to 100 a week, on sites that allow it.
  • It never logs into your LinkedIn or Indeed account, and never fills in your date of birth, Social Security number or driver's license number.
  • Every application you send gets a proof page with the employer, job, date and how you applied, which works as your unemployment work search log.

Price: free for 1 application a month, plus the resume and cover letter for 1 job. More is $9.99 for a 7-day pass, one payment that does not renew, or $34.99 a month for unlimited applications. See jobs near you.
