How CVS Health hires for hourly jobs
- Search by career area, job title or location on jobs.cvshealth.com.
- Click Apply Now and follow the prompts (Workday).
- CVS reviews the application. Some roles require a Virtual Job Tryout (VJT), launched as a task in Candidate Home after you apply.
- If selected, CVS arranges next steps, which could include a phone call or video interview.
- Job offer, reviewed in Workday Candidate Home.
- Before you start, expect a background check and Form I-9. CVS finishes part of the I-9 with you on a video call. You may also get tax credit (WOTC) forms.

Questions to practice for a CVS Health job
We did not find interview questions on CVS Health's careers site. These are common questions for hourly health care jobs to practice out loud:
- Tell me about yourself and why you want this job.
- Tell me about a time you helped a patient or customer who was upset. What did you do?
- How would you keep a patient's or customer's private information safe?
- What would you do if you were not sure how to do a task you were given?
- Tell me about a time you made a mistake at work. What did you do next?
- What hours and days can you work?
Answer each with a short, true example: what happened, what you did, and how it turned out.
