How the live interview works
- Pay once. You get a private link by email, so you can start now or later.
- Check your questions. Five questions written for the job and company, based on what that company looks for. Change the wording or swap any of them.
- Press Start. The interviewer joins on video and tells you it is an AI. Nothing is recorded or shared with an employer.
- Answer out loud. Five questions built for the job, with follow-ups when an answer is missing a result, about ten minutes.
- Read your feedback. A minute or two after you leave, your scores for clarity, confidence, pacing, engagement and persuasiveness, and three specific changes for the real interview.
Why practice with someone looking back at you
Answering a question alone in your kitchen is different from answering it while someone watches and waits. The follow-up question is where most answers fall apart: "And what happened after that?" A live interviewer asks it, the way a hiring manager does.
If you only want to practice one answer on your own first, the free practice tool scores one spoken answer with no account.
